HOW TO USE
Add 1 or 2 scoops of product (25 g/scoop) to 300 mL of water or milk/vegetable drink for greater creaminess and mix well. Take 1 scoop if your goal is weight loss and/or maintenance of muscle mass or 2 scoops if your goal is to increase muscle mass .
The best time to take it is approximately 30-45 minutes before bedtime.
